The fee for entering work into the main exhibition (exhibition works) is £5 per picture. Medium. eg acrylic, watercolour etc. Original or Print. Original artwork is preferred but professionally made prints are acceptable. The fee for entering the unframed section is £2 per picture. No clip frames or stretched canvas allowed. You will be given an in-depth list of terms and conditions at the same time as your submission form.

You can submit up to three works for the main exhibition. They can be framed or on a stretched frame canvas. Maximum size is 36” including the frame. Only one work over 24” is allowed. No clip frames permitted.

Each exhibit should have a label tied to the back with your name, title and price on it.

Framed pictures should be neatly sealed with brown framing tape to cover the metal tabs which secure the picture into the frame. They should be strung, ready for hanging, with D rings and cord. Not hooks and wire. Please note there is a minimum selling price of £50..

Up to three works can be put into the unframed section. On board, maximum thickness 6mm or on paper/card which should have a mount.Maximum size for all is 18” (including mount). All works should be protected by cellophane and have your name, title and price on the FRONT...

If your paper/card is thin it’s a good idea to put a piece of card behind the picture to protect it, inside the cellophane.

A card holder is provided for showing greetings cards. They should be no larger than 7”x5” to fit comfortably. They can be hand painted/drawn or prints. A maximum of 30 cards per person.

They should be in a cellophane sleeve with an envelope included. Your name, title and price on the back. Usually the title and name are on the card and the price sticker is on the outside of the sleeve.
